CNS Journal
For you to be healthy, your nervous system needs to be in balance. One of the most powerful ways to keep yourself calm and regulated is through small, daily practice. "Flipping the switch" if you like, out of stress and into ease.
I've created this journal for you to use over the course of a month, to teach you how to hear your body's signals more clearly so you can follow them towards better and more sustainable wellbeing. Now is a great day to start! Download this free sample to get an idea of what's included, then head over to have one sent to you in the post!

Your Plate of Health
For you to be healthy, your nervous system needs to be in balance. This means there are more things in your life supporting and creating health, than taking away from it. Use this tool to help understand why you might be feeling in poor health or overwhelmed!

Word for the year
A word of the year is intended to replace the traditional "new year's resolution" to give you a simple focus that will support you in many areas of your life. Taking time to choose and word with your word of the year is a wonderful way to live a more conscious and connected life.
This simple 2 page document gives you everything you need to know to create your own "word for the year".

Seeing the bigger picture of your health
In healthcare today, we are used to taking a specific problem, symptom or body part and focussing on trying to "fix" that part. However, there are 2 main challenges with this type of thinking:
Often there is more than one area of your body or health that you would like to restore at the same time.
Every part of your body is connected to another, so by focussing on only one area, you may actually miss the source of the issue.
If you have ever thought "I'm sure all of this is linked somehow" then you would be right - download our free pdf to find out more.
Guide to enjoying a mindful moment
When you visit the practice in February, I invite you to choose a gift: a teabag or chocolate to enjoy mindfully at home. This is about you taking time to slow down during your day and allow your nervous system to drop into a parasympathetic (healing) state.
This 3 minute introduction helps you get into the right headspace to enjoy this exercise in mindfulness.
